Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Software Engineer
The focus of the role:
As a Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer, you will join a team of highly skilled professionals, get involved in challenging ERP/CRM implementation projects and deliver high quality work to leading organizations in the market.
You will work with the project manager to ensure the smooth delivery of assignments under the agreed project plan and you will also get the opportunity to lead small engagements in your functional area.
Working alongside our customers, you will become a trusted partner and technical advisor for them.
What you will bring:
- BSc/MSc degree in computer science/engineering or any other relevant field.
- At least 1-year experience as a software engineer
- Experience in .NET/SQL/Java/JavaScript will be considered as an asset, but it’s not required
- Excellent command of English and Greek language
- For male applicants’ military obligations must be fulfilled.
What you will do:
- Develop robust features in a self-sufficient way, with guidance from senior software engineers when needed.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to understand the system architecture and the technical goals of the project as well as the customer business needs
- Work with multiple customers across many industries and business areas including supply chain, manufacturing, finance, sales.
- Actively troubleshooting issues and bugs

SAP CONSULTANTS
Role Summary/Purpose:
As an ERP Consultant, you will join a team of highly skilled professionals and get involved in implementation projects, performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables for some of the most functionality-rich ERP products in the market today.
You will work with your Project Manager to organize and control tasks within the work plan, and take a leadership position on small project teams and small engagements in your functional area when required.
You will become a trusted growth partner with our customers, working alongside them on an independent basis for short-term engagements with little supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform business analysis and possible redesign of process and procedures in the context of implementation of ERP solution
- Advice optimal solution for the gaps identified, whether business process redesign or ERP product customization
- Adapting and configuration of settings in the ERP system as required for the planned business process and procedures
- Perform Testing of implemented system, reports, interfaces and custom extensions
- Assist our sales team on the system demonstration to our potential clients
- Perform project team trainings to executive level and also functional user level.
- Carry out Users Training and Support.
- Create User’s Manual.
- Perform some technical work including building reports, queries and simple customizations using embedded tools
Requirements:
The ideal candidates having the ambition to fulfil their professional dreams in the IT environment should combine:
- 0-5 years relevant experience in ERP/CRM projects.
- Ability to prepare detailed modification specifications.
- Ability to analyze customer’s business operations and make suggestions for process improvements.
- Ability to assess existing customer’s usage and prepare a software assessment document.
- A University degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
- Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure for meeting established deadlines.
- Fast learner with commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent command of the Greek and the English languages.
- Experience in any programming language will be considered a plus.
- Good project management skills with ability for meeting established deadlines while managing tangible resources.
